Maria Slutski

Maria Slutski is a Registered Psychotherapist, internationally recognized coach and speaker, and Founder and Clinical Director of SmarterMe Mental Health Services.

Her clinical work brings comprehensive evaluation and structured psychotherapy together in a cohesive, timely process shaped around each individual's goals. The program-based model emphasizes clear objectives, measurable progress and lasting psychological change, including for people who have not found traditional approaches effective.

Maria is also the founder of The Wealth Method, her published, psychotherapy-informed approach to money and professional achievement. It is designed for professionals and experts seeking to build businesses, increase revenue and pursue ambitious goals without self-sabotage, fear, avoidance or unnecessary loss of vitality.

With more than 17 years of clinical experience, Maria brings extensive expertise to her work. Her practice spans relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, emotional distress, complex life challenges and professional performance. Her professional experience also includes medico-legal evaluations and expert opinions in court-related matters, including proceedings involving Crown counsel. She has worked with executives, entrepreneurs, elite performers and public figures, and her methodology has been recognized and published.

Dr. Robert King

Dr. Robert King is an experienced Ontario psychiatrist with more than 30 years of clinical practice across hospital, community and academic settings.

His work includes complex psychiatric and neurodevelopmental conditions. He has held academic appointments at Western University and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.

Dr. King has contributed to professional publications, including Asperger’s Syndrome: A Clinician Guide and Demystifying Syndromes, and has published articles on psychiatric care.

PRACTICE OPERATIONS

Anastasiia Sviachena

Anastasiia oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, bringing together client services, administration, and digital systems to keep every aspect of its work connected.

As the main point of contact for clients, she manages communications, scheduling, documentation, and billing. She also coordinates with insurance providers and handles insurance billing, helping clients navigate the administrative side of care with clarity and confidence.

Beyond daily operations, Anastasiia develops and maintains the practice’s websites and manages the systems and workflows that support both clients and clinical work.

With an educational background in medicine and a multilingual perspective, she brings an understanding of healthcare environments and a thoughtful, responsive approach to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
